The goal is to recognise and connect with our inner Beauty through mindfulness, meditation, art appreciation, drawing, painting, writing and drama. I have been working in all these mediums for the past twenty years, so it seems like a natural progression to share what I have learned with others.
The creative areas I focus on will depend on each individual natural gifts.
The second workshop is a guided journey through intuitive dance into our own Divine Beauty. The invitation is to trust the process to lead us to the truth of our own Beauty and Love. There is no experience necessary in either workshop.
