Yoga every Monday evening from 6:15pm. Working from head to toe for well being and relaxation, a gentle but active class focusing on the body-breath-mind connection and conditioning of the whole body. Beginners welcomed and encouraged!
Alice is passionate about sharing yoga and its ability to relieve anxiety and support the healing of the body. She is continuing her training as a teacher with Yoga Therapy Ireland on their 2 year, 500 hour course where emphasis is placed on anatomical understanding and inclusive practice of “yoga for all”.
