Sati yoga introductory workshop in Bray
3rd – 4th February 2018, 10 am to 4.30 pm each day
A two day yoga and meditation workshop introducing the Satiyoga approach to asana, pranayama and meditation practice.
This introductory workshop is suitable for practioners of all levels who are interested in exploring how yoga and mindfulness can be integrated. It also introduces a unique approach to breathwork, drawing from both the Buddhist tradition and classical pranayama.
The workshop, limited to 12 participants, will be interactive with plenty of time for questions and answers.
Cost: There’s no fixed price for the teaching: at the end of the workshop, participants are given the opportunity to offer a voluntary financial contribution to the teachers (dana), We do ask for a 20 euro deposit to reserve a place and cover administration and venue costs.
Venue: Common Ground, Bray, Co Wicklow.
The teachers: Christophe and Ciara are the founder of the Satiyoga approach which
draws from their extensive study and practice of yoga, secular mindfulness and Buddhism.
They run Macalla Farm and Retreat Centre on Clare Island, Co. Mayo, and have been teaching yoga retreats together since 2001.
